
Every time I choose different ways of losing weight, which only diet I have not tried! But I will say one thing - you can lose weight quickly. Only need to understand that you have to deny themselves in many ways. The next 10 days you will please only the memories of past feasts, but the dream of a slim figure, of course.
I will describe two ways - hard and soft Under the first, I mean a diet, which many call the "Japanese", it is designed for 13 days. Frankly, I have no idea why it was so named, the Japanese there and does not smell. Nevertheless, if strictly follow the menu and swap products, you can lose from 5 to 8 pounds. I, however, usually takes no more than 4, but I do not pull all the provisions of days. Contraindications diet include: hypertension, heart disease and stomach problems, kidney problems. It is not suitable for very obese people.
But under a second - just a rejection of the dinner. More precisely, we replace the evening meal, a glass of 1% kefir. And so 10 days. If you soak all day, risk becoming slimmer by 4-5 pounds.
Diet menu Note: in these days to completely eliminate the salt and sugar. Do not forget to drink up to 2 liters of clean water daily. The water will accelerate the process of losing weight.
1st day
Breakfast: Black coffee Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, salad of boiled cabbage with vegetable oil, 1 cup tomato juice without salt. Dinner: boiled or fried fish. Any.
2nd day
Breakfast: black coffee and toast Dinner: boiled or fried fish, a salad of any vegetables, including cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil. Dinner: 100 gr. boiled beef, 1 tbsp. kefir.
3rd day

4th day
Breakfast: Black coffee Lunch: 1 egg, 3 large carrots with vegetable oil, a slice of cheese. Dinner: any fruit except bananas, oranges, grapes, and persimmons.
5th day
Breakfast: a salad of raw carrots with lemon juice Dinner: boiled or fried fish, 1 tbsp. tomato juice Dinner: any fruit except bananas, oranges, grapes, and persimmons.
6th day
Breakfast: Black coffee Dinner: 200 grams of boiled chicken, a salad of carrots and cabbage with vegetable oil Dinner: boiled or fried fish, coleslaw
7th day
Breakfast: tea Dinner: 200 gr. cooked beef, 1 grapefruit Dinner: any of the previous dinners, but the third day
8th day
Breakfast: Black coffee Dinner: 200 gr. boiled chicken, a salad of carrots and cabbage with vegetable oil Dinner: salad of fresh carrots with butter, 2 eggs.
9th day
Breakfast: salad of fresh carrots with lemon juice Lunch: a big fried or boiled fish, 1 tbsp. tomato juice Supper: fruits.

Withdraw from such a diet is better gradually. That is another day 4 after the end of the diet to maintain a balanced diet, eating only diet foods. Do not immediately jump on the banned products, otherwise the weight creep back up.
