Representatives of the U.S. Congress approved a bill to allocate the sum of 4.3 billion people who have suffered from terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
The money for five years will be distributed among firefighters, rescuers and workers who rescue people and help dismantle rubble after the collapse of the towers. Just a list are more than 40 thousand people.
The law was adopted on the basis of an oral vote, now it should support the U.S. president.
