Sexual activity and heart disease or stroke

Thousands of patients suffering from heart disease and stroke survivors, found that heart disease, stroke or surgery does not mean the end of a full sex life. After the first recovery stage patients find that certain forms of lovemaking they enjoyed before the illness, they are readily available.

There are many myths about sex after a heart attack or stroke. The most common - is that the resumption of sexual activity can lead to heart attack, stroke or sudden death. This is not so. * Keep in mind that your sense of the body may have changed after a stroke.
    
* Try using a pillow to create a support during sex for the one part that was damaged.
