Jobs for teens

Get a job a teenager is not so simple as many think. Primarily because of employment of minors is determined by strict rules of law, and social bodies should ensure compliance with these established positions. And true to say - not in vain.

Since it is often possible to encounter unscrupulous employers, which go beyond the law and violate the rights of children (intentionally or not), decided since school started. But such actions may not only affect the physical development of the emerging organism, but also on mental health. Since the propensity to work at such an early age - it's adherence to adult life, which demands autonomy and responsibility. The most important thing in all this - do not put that impulse and a desire to work, which occurs in adolescents. However, compliance with all conditions set by the law brings a lot of hassle. The result is that not every entrepreneur will take responsibility and ensure that the minor work. Jobs

First, and probably very strict conditions - the age. It is believed that persons who are under 18 years (in other words, minors), in labor are equal to adults. That is in everyone is equal, then age is not considered. But as far as working time, work and vacation, the person's age plays an important role.
Prohibited the employment of persons under 16 years of age. But in this case, there are exceptions. By agreement of the parents or persons who are the guardians of the child, who was 14 years old can apply for a job, but strictly in their spare time and only on the light and do not threaten the health of the work.
The second, equally important condition is the working agreement and conditions of work provided. Signing a contract is a prerequisite for admission of a minor as a person for one and for the second side.
The third and important component - is the length of working week and working conditions. Adolescents aged 16 to 18 working hours must not exceed 36 hours per week, but if a teenager aged 15-16, there should be no more than 24 hours per week. Students, working in their spare time and have only 12 hours of labor and no more. For all that, by law, such persons may be eligible for paid leave of 31 days.
And yet, in violation of the Law, the employer may incur administrative and even criminal liability. Therefore, not all the owners decided on this step and to hire young people. But today there are many ways to get a job. For example, there is a special number of organizations that employ minors, as well as on a permanent basis and temporary (for example, during the holidays).
The main thing that was a desire, in fact, as they say, who are looking for, will always find. Let it be something small, but a couple of years (or maybe even earlier) you can become a good specialist in their field.
